Fair enough. I thought it was good. I didn't expect to be a masterpiece but just expected a silly movie with a lot of laughs and that was exactly what it was.

I agree. I was certainly not prepared for how to assess effectively when I started with my first class this year. Definitely an important part of teaching and something you learn on the job. Uni certainly doesn't fully prepare you for the classroom
Yeah same. I thought the strange and strong taste might have been the fact that it claimed to have no preservatives or additives. I tried it along with two other mates and all of us hated it. Tasted like detergent had been mixed in with it.

As a first year teacher, my job definitely takes over all aspects of my life more than I would like. It's a case of getting home and then spending hours preparing for the next day, fine tuning lesson plans. Then there's all the bullshit admin work and assessment. I'm hoping it will get easier...
