The old fitness guy had those short term hammy recovery times and then we had so many reinjuries which we were all complaining about at the time. Personally, I prefer them to be more conservative. -

I typically call BS if I sense it, but im not getting that here. For whatever reason he isn't healing at an ideal rate but if the club tells me there have been no set backs, I'll take them at their word. -
