    This is why the VAFA needs to make goalies a priority in all senior men divisions as it can make or break a game the decisions that they make and when there are volunteers from either team, a fair level of "cheating" goes on. Rarely see a field umpire brave enough to overturn a volunteer...

    You have to admit that Eltham are the biggest rabble of a club in D2 this year. I just hope the snakes can muster some wins in the later stages of the year and send Eltham down to D3 so we don't have to deal with them next year.

    St Johns look very hard to beat - but are known for choking at the serious end. Preston and WB are the obvious dangers, YV the dark horse for me. Very young, quick, move the ball well and can kick a score.
