    When we lost to Richmond, it meant we were more secure on Horne. Don’t need to pay big for something that won’t last, he won’t be worth 1.2 million in his last year. Need to pay our young guns appropriately. I think we cooled our interest after that game with Richmond.

    If he leaves, I’ll be disappointed but I am aware of his work inadequacies. He was always there laying the tackle, or Nader the pack to keep the ball in at crucial times. He was also the one that fed it out to Higgins and co last year to finish off the goal.....not always covered in glory but...

    Like Taz, we “ looked after” a Ben when he needed time with skills, learning and injuries, pneumonia, and I think if they had any loyalty it would be repaid by staying.
