  • Difficult to say really... there's certainly been crazier claims posted about the club around the main board before, of course, especially back in 2009 - the brown stuff was being hurled in huge quantities about the Demons back then. From memory, half that board really did seem firmly convinced that we'd finish last the following year. People were making substantial money bets, for instance, that we wouldn't finish out of the bottom two.

And if Scully stays with the club, there'll be a helluva lot of people with egg on their faces I reckon :)
Sorry roostergirl, don't have it :(

Maybe look on the club website?

    Sorry,
    Dean
Been a pretty good year for me personally, apart from the irritating computer stuff that's happened. Also been busier, of course, and that reminds me, I'll let you know when I've got MSN & everything reinstalled on my PC. Been heavily occupied with various things on & off, but I'll get around to it.

As far as things go on the field for the Demons - well, like I said to Biff just before, hopefully the worst offenders last week wake up to themselves, live up to their responsibility as Melbourne Football Club representatives, and take the game on with a commitment reflective of our own loyalty as supporters - one big reason why our off-field situation is as good as it is. If they do, I think we've got a good chance against Carlton.

But if we don't get the right result, we'll always be here, however long it does take for the on-field situation to become what we want it to be.

PS- Yeah, I've got Facebook, but haven't used it much lately.
comrade - thanks for the message. it was a bad loss but I do believe that the so-called crisis at t he club is being worsened by the media.
Your back in the Gumbies side for the match on monday. Head on over and make a post or two if you get the chance.

    Cheers.
According to the Swans Facebook. Tadhg Kennelly was one of the best for the Swans tonight, according to Paul Roos in our 28 point win over Essendon. :)
