    It predates even that, Skoda with lower case lettering was from 2011 jumpers (NEAFL and retail). 2012-13 had Skoda in capitals.

    True, just seems odd to have drafted a free agent over a free hit at Macreadie. Things obviously progressed with De Boer after the FA period ended, but still. Having an older guy as depth isn't the worst thing in the would, but we do come out of the draft having left two list spots on the table.

    Fair enough he was regarded as a surefire first rounder 12 months ago and clearly didn't carry on with it to that extent in his draft year, but it seems pointless passing at the relatively low cost of 47 less the discount.

    But but but we've gotta shut the Academy down because Mutch is going top 25 along with 4-5 others and it's not fair that the Giants get all this first round talent from traditional football areas at such a discount.
