Just one thing to add to this, none of the three players you used as an example played more than 8 games in their first year of AFL. They were given time to develop and find form at VFL, not a luxury we have really had with Jonty. He's probably going to take a few more games to develop, because... -

Serpell was never Head of High performance at Geelong. In fact his boss left in 2024 and Geelong appointed someone else. So he was overlooked by Geelong to take that position, but we took him on. -

I think before the 2017 success there was a member push for and EGM and it didn't need many members to force it, so Peggy changed the constitution to make it near on impossible for it to happen in the future. -

I I think theyay have been going cheap to try and scrape together the money for the rebuild of Punt Road. Budget blew out, only doing half the build now, try to sell digital bricks and other fund raising and I feel going cheap on coaches and other staff. If the build keeps blowing out in costs... -
