Protein distribution doesn’t matter (even in the case of an IF style 8 hour feeding window) so long as you get 3 servings of high quality protein in that time. Best to just focus on getting >1.6g per kg of bodyweight everyday.

I haven't been eating low carb very much for the past 9 months so hadn't had any need to experiment with 20g of pre-workout dextrose. Gave it a go this morning after 2 days of strict keto, was absolutely amazing. Had an awesome workout, would highly recommend.
Started cutting calories on high carb, high protein, low fat macros. Found it very difficult to control myself and feel satiated, switched to LCHF and intermittent fasting and it makes me feel like I'm not even dieting.
