    I'm basing it on the fact that no other draft boards were even talking about him in the first round. Granted I don't read everything and am not a recruiter but I feel would could have extracted more value from the down grade

    The frustration in the Chesser selection is that it appears he was on no one else's radar around our pick. Would have been nice to trade back further for more than ports 2022 second rounder.

    To be fair, as the dust settles I can see the reasoning behind the pick. Shep looking unlikely, Hurn surely in his last year, Jetta already gone. A bit of speed and class off half back would be handy.

    We should just go over the soft cap and pay the tax. If any club can afford it we can. Spend an extra 4 mill and give 3 mill in tax to the AFL.

    Clark is better than Cole or Nelson. Where as to play brander we would have to leave someone better than him out. We also have Allen and Edwards as youth coming up in key positions
