hey snag.. just saw your pics... nice.. its funny that all the that all the revered pieces in england generally come from countries other than own.. spoils of war, theft etc.. also, the turks want back the lion - the same turks that took or are taking warner brothers (?) to court for supposedly stealing the name batman... and the same turks that claim ancient and modern greeks never inhabited those lands.. wonder why? its not as if their ancestors created it - desecrated it more likely but have finally realised the coin ancient world artifacts provide... end rant and sorry...

i really like those pics- and would love to one day see them in their true glory, be it in their true homes or the u.k and in the next day or two i will try and post a few pics i took at the museum at olympia and some of the oldest greek stone carvings etc. from santorini..

Hey Snag, great to meet you guys last night. In a way im glad we had such great seats but i have to tell you the grief this black and white team put me through for the past 42 years is killing me. I really thought after the first 5 or 10 minutes it was going to be our night, but as usual it ended in tears. Did you notice the smell of that guy in front of us it neally killed us all. Anyway it was a relief you were not both axe murderers and all went well. Go the pies next year

But anyways that was the general gist of my BF username, thought their was kind of an ironic striking resemblance between the numbers 30 and 300. But I kind of figured 300 Spartans would of probably been taken anyway, however I didn't check.
