Mate, my first post was a little tongue in cheek. Dan Andrews has done a pretty good job. It's just the rules don't make a lot of sense. "You can't go further than 5km". How is this going to be enforced? "You can go further than 5Km as long as it's essential". Again, how do you enforce it?
