    Personally I would go Hayes to Teakle for the cash Then look to upgrade Butters to a Dog. Treloar or Bont.

    If you have a boost you could get super aggressive. SDK Rowell and Coniglio/Martin out for Khamis, Dusty, Petracca. Still leaves Cogs/Martin as fro/mid cover.
