    Training Pre-season 2026

    They still have Dec - March to get the fitness right. Seems to be the plan is to train the ball handling and gameplan early and have the intensity be higher than a game for confidence purposes. Not a bad plan, but need to make sure the conditioning comes in right so we arent going to repeat 2024.
