Genuine question. During a match, apart from planned rotations/rests and breaks between quarters, who makes the call on positional changes and benching players.
No-one with senior coaching aspirations in the near future would realistically want the gig.
Maybe offer it to someone like Sam Docherty (perhaps with more involvement from Simpson) so he can get his hands dirty without it permanently damaging any ambitions he may have.
