Sorry MC i thought I replied when you sent this but it didn't get to you. Everything went well. Stll a bit sore but that is to be expected. Cant wait to get back into boxing and really drop some srious weight. I am going to training on the 12th Dec so if I see some bloke running around with a big arse camera I'll make sure I say gidday.
