    Appears a lot from higher divisions possibly kids who weren’t getting regular games, I guess this is what 4th division is genuinely intended for kids who perhaps aren’t up to division 1 level but get to stay involved in the game and play at a lower level, hard to complain about that isn’t it...

    Also depends if they feel he is help or hindering a division 2- premier type approach. Have seen plenty of talented players over the time that have been good but not essentially good for the group and direction of group

    Growing the game is a good thing and more teams but if it ends up coming at the expense of other clubs you haven’t actually grown the game there is a delicate balance to getting this right

    Maybe a case of good idea now, terrible idea round 9 when it’s raining and all the games are 45 minutes from home the firsts and seconds have 10-20 injuries combined

    End of the day great problem to have kids in footy, we are gas bagging about how hard it is to field teams and clubs folding ect then you hear 3 under 17s at one club maybe the future isn’t all doom and gloom after all!

    Yeah well done by Norwood everyone on here written them on Div 1 uneven and all that crap, just shows with a never lie down attitude and keep trying to move forward can do all the best to them and hope they get some more wins on the board great choice not to go down and take the easy option!

    I think his actually done extremely well promoting the women’s game with his enthusiasm in commentary I think that’s a poor point of view
