    they 100% do tell players they will take them at certain points. The crows told Curtain they would take him, the Lions were aware, and got in just before them and overlooked their own academy tall (Waller) in the process.

    Reville & Arnold - who else?? I don't think anyone is looking at what their origin state is, 20+ have been rookied out of VFL - that's the only number that matters. My view is that you'd want to dominate QAFL first before you head south for the SANFL or VFL, otherwise you're in for a shock....
