He's my favourite from SA this year (Cochrane aside of course) has Robbie Gray like talent, does stuff you can't teach. A smart and dangerous player who can win it a lot but also impact on the scoreboard. A leader to boot.
Good win against that mob, always nice to do it and no better than round 1 at the MCG.
Really impressed with McAndrew in the ruck but was not surprised, that's the standard he's been showing all of last year. Great ability to flick or over his head to a running mid, an old school tap ruckman...
I think my English may have confused a few. I was never comparing Jobe versus Tim, it would be a very foolish person to think Jobe was better - he was not. I was only talking about the comparisons in style. 'Jobe is the better overall' measning better overall fit in style.
In terms of how good...
That is what Marsh can do. Tremendous leg. Love to see him pushing up the ground delivering it.
Pedlar fantastic, manic like hunting and strength, just please stay fit
As you prob may know I've been following Dyson for a number of years very closely, since he was 14 in the underage doggies. You have a ripper no doubt about it. He is a different beast to most, he has that extra 1% that separates your average AFL player from your better ones.
His game against...
Be Edwards or Van Dyk if we are talking top 10. Both are quality, Edwards has Robbie Gray like qualities and Van Dyk is a real modern tall mid in the making and great overhead.
Goad and or Dodson must be heavily targeted. Especially Goad, he stood out to me at underage level as good as any junior ruck prospect I have seen come out of SA in a very long time. Built for the modern game, incredible speed, good leap, great tapwork and getting stronger. Learning off one of...
Machine. I remember him in the SANFL and thought he could be one of the the best players in the league. Has got even better since, absolutely torching the NTFL.
