To be fair to McSweeney, he has copped and absolute jaffa from Bartlett. Not sure he did anything from aside from be good enough to hit it, most would have missed it.

Vidler straight in to Qld's shield squad, interesting. Not convinced he will play considering Neser, Steketee, Wildermuth, Bartlett and Sandhu are also in the squad, might just be getting him around the squad to show him the ropes.

Weibgen named in the Qld 2nd XI side against Victoria next week, think this is his first 2nd XI match, keen to see how he goes. Lachy Aitken in too.

Very easy to see why Weibgen is captain after watching his post match interview, incredibly well spoken and mature for a young bloke. Definitely speaks like a leader.
