    I can understand letting Hatchy go if we think our window is closing, but losing young talent hurts (especially when you're not getting premium returns). Egan looks solid, but with some deficiencies. I think we've got a few years of pain incoming.

    Agree with this. I'm a Nicks fan, and I think he's done a good job at getting our "base-line" level up. What will propel us is elite talent and these three have the capacity to become those players.
