It doesn't really matter how it's adjusted after the contract is signed - what matters is how the player's salary is counted against the salary cap.
It's my understanding (and I could be wrong), that they're able to shift the salary, but as far as the salary cap is concerned the $$$ remain...
Reynolds WAS an A grader, 5-10 years ago. These days you'd be optimistic calling him a C-grader.
Agree on ADP & JLB.
As noted, the rest of their drivers are rookies.
Just a reminder that the Rupauna 440 starts tomorrow, and will have 4 races covering 560km, with 1x 120km race added after the Sunday cancellation at Taupo. The Supercars Race schedule is as follows:
Race 10 - Friday 2:35pm - 120km
Race 11 - Saturday 10:45am - 120km
Race 12 - Saturday 2:10pm...
I said that the number of cheating officials is small. I'd even be prepared to go with very small.
However, it's not infinitesimally small. Infinitesimally small is essentially zero. We have Troy Pannell as an example from the AFL, and there is no chance whatsoever that he's the only one...
COVID vaccines have been associated with myocarditis and pericarditis. As per the quoted text above, these are NOT the conditions which killed Warnie.
Given that Warnie had a shopping list of high risk factors, and didn't die from a heart condition associated with COVID vaccines, it would...
I highly doubt that Troy Pannell is the only cheating sporting official anywhere in the world.
The number who do cheat is small yes, but it's hardly "infinitesimally small".
I believe NGA & F/S rights exist the first time a player nominates for the draft - but if they go undrafted the first time then the club no longer has any special claims on them. Age is irrelevant.
Both Pog & WVA had moments where they looked like they were stretching the rubber band on a few of the cobbled sectors, but the rubber band never snapped for either of them. I'm not convinced that would have changed.
When you say that Roubaix has been tough for Pog, he's ridden it twice for 2x 2nd place finishes - one lost when he overshot a corner, the other lost by 2 bike lengths in a 2-up sprint. If that's doing it hard then I shudder to imagine how the mere mortals are coping!
I read an article a week...
I can maybe see Remco giving it a go in the future, given that he rode Flanders last weekend. Definitely not Jonas.
It's been a while since Wiggins & Thomas gave it a shot. I loathe UK Postal and everything the cheating bastards stood for, but I had to respect them for having a crack at Roubaix.
When you say "still", they regained the lead after Taupo. They weren't leading after the F1 GP.
For all their mechanicals, the cars & drivers are still quick. It helps that Brown seems to have resolved his qualifying problems, which dumped him back in the mid-pack for most of last year's...
Looking at Google Maps, I can see a Geothermal Power Station about 800m SE of the Taupo track, directly off the end of the pit straight. I have no doubt whatsoever that this is/was the source of the steam.
So.. it turns out to be both geothermal & industrial!
There was clearly a problem with Randle's car.
T8 have had a LOT of problems/failures so far this season. The cool suits failed in both cars, at both Taupo and Eastern Creek. Then there's the engine cutting out in Feeney's car at Taupo. They've also had balance problems with the car, most...
