I think Cam Mackenzie has played 12 AFL games which is the maximum, so if he plays one more he’ll only be able to play for BH if Hawthorn are still in finals.
Those who were bagging Declase, he’s been huge the last quarter. I personally don’t have a problem with him backing himself. He’s proven time and time again this year (and previously when he was at Werribee) that he’s a top line VFL player.
Doesn’t appear that way. Asked a Box Hill staffer yesterday at the game and they said the current home rooms will be renovated to become two changerooms over this summer so games will still be played at Box Hill in 2026 while the main redevelopment is under construction. Good news for us locals...
I spoke to one of the non playing Box Hill listed players at the game yesterday, apparently the jumper supplier didn’t get our indigenous jumpers delivered in time for the game so we had to wear last years design. This years jumper wouldn’t have been a clash at all as it is predominantly gold...
I reckon we might give Meek a rest. Can’t think of any other reason why we had Reeves as the emergency for the Dees game. Putting him in cotton wool to ensure he’s ready to go to Darwin.
Great work seangpb on everything you do for the Hawks. The content is easily the best in the VFL and rivals most club’s AFL content. Keep up the great work, it is certainly very much appreciated by all (except Perko)
heck me Perko. It’s a praccy match mate. I’m not sure if you have ever had anything to do with Box Hill or spoken to anyone who works there but they are not exactly flush with staff. They only have a couple of full time staff and a few interns. Maybe you could call the club and volunteer...
I doubt they’d provide match reports for a praccy match. You can have a look on Twitter/X on the Box Hill page, they uploaded updates all game, put them all together and there’s your match report.
Looks like Jack Baldwin from Eastern Ranges is missing from the list. He was presented with a jumper at the season launch.
We won both games against Port Melbourne. A mate went out to watch and said the first game was like a development squad with top up players from Mooroolbark. Main game was...
Part of a Partnership with Bass Coast council to bring footy regional it looks like. I think it’s the third year we’ve played down there. They got pretty big crowds the last couple of times we were there and this year it falls on a long weekend so hopefully a lot of travellers get along.
