Wouldn't it be the new logo on the jumper. The white jumper has been used by the club every year between 1991 and 1912 (except 1920 to 1922). That is 80 years of the clubs 150 years. The jumpers before 1912 were red and white and blue and white before 1880. So for most of the history of the...

The design is more for the 100th anniversary of the club in the VFL/AFL. The legends jumper was a similar each time, for John Kennedy and Paul Hudson then was changed to brown with gold V for the Leigh Matthews.

Here is another Tasmanian Jumper Design. The maroon line creates a map of Tasmania. Inside is the logo of the Tasmanian Devils.
