A few protein shakes will make anyone bloated and no it won't make you fat its the bloating. As long your in a caloric deficit the fat will come off. Your body will get use to it, so don't worry too much about it.
Probably they are using that. A lot of professional athletes can pass the doping test, taking short esters as well which cannot be detected within their system just like peptides. I wouldn't be so surprised if a few AFL players would take it, to increase their recovery, VO2 max and performance...
