    Hes done some nice things, had some fumbles and received some poor disposals from team mates He is far from my worry. If we had real leadership, someone would take him under their wing and just calm him and tell him to back himself as hes done repeatedly in the VFL

    Because thats how coaching and games work..... You have a general idea of how the opposition will play based off their game plan and previous games, however there are always tweaks to counter each opposition team. Ie I'm sure Cowan being put in as a tagging midfielder was a suprise to them...

    There are players still trying, the problem is and has always been, opposition coaches make tweaks after half time and our amazing coaching team dont have any tactical nuance on how to counter it. Opposition go in at half time unbothered because they know this about us

    Someone said it a couple weeks ago and I tend to agree it. Kemp plays like J.Waite Does some athletic things and kicks the non-regulation shots, but cant kick the ones he should Waite got better with his conversion as he got older so hopefully Kemp can do that too

    Something ive noticed with Carroll, is his eyes are always completely focused on the ball when he is going for marking contests. He doesnt let his opposition player unfocus him. Moving him onto the Wing has given him so much confidence and freedom.
