Surely if out of those two it would have to be Atkins.

Hardie’s body shape looks leaner this year from my viewing (not that we will know if there’s been a weight change..). He looks to be moving better. Impressed with his decision making. Hope to see him debut this year. You’d think that a few clubs might look at him if he can’t get a gig with us.

I’m not completely against C.Guthrie directly returning as he’s probably our best mid when fit. But, I just wonder whether it was really necessary bringing him back this way? We are 6-0 off the back of trusting that our kids in the midfield are good enough. Which they have been. I realise that...

Absolutely! He will command a big contract next time round. But it appears that GWS have built a great morale amongst their players. Doubtful that anyone they don’t want to let go will leave these days.

With regards to Tuohy it’s a big test for him. He’s rested and coming up against a legitimate top 4 aspirant. I’ve felt he’s struggling this year with the pace of the game. Been increasingly more fumbly. Saturday afternoon should provide an answer as to where he’s at.

Those concerned about a flat looking Bris need to factor in we have 2 extra days rest and have come off a longer pre season. Shouldn’t be a factor.

You’d tear your hair out watching Hipwood and Daniher butcher easy opportunities each week if you were a Lions fan.

I’m sure he will and O’Connor could have taken his. Regardless I’d have played Knevitt. Not a biggy though.

Only slight disappointment for me is they didn’t use it as an opportunity to give Knevitt a game. Think he could have been a decent wing option allowing O’Connor to take Stewart’s role at HB. Not going to be the difference in the result but with two youngsters in Clark and Conway going out, it...
