Fantastic to see a top kid like Hilton Cartwright climbing his way up the ladder quickly. Snipping out a wicket and an excellent run out today will give him plenty of confidence heading in tomorrow with the blade.

Hilton doing well in the Aus A game - great to see. Developing quickly!

He's a good pick-up, does quite well in the County T20 league.

Is it time to drop Sam Whiteman?

His form over over the last 2 seasons has been very average. WA just can't afford the number 7 not to be making runs.

Josh Inglis scored another century in the recently completed Future's League game and must surely be close to selection even if he's not selected as a replacement wicketkeeper.

I think Whiteman has one more game to step up.
