Well that will suck considering Jay is one of the most useless coaches going around.. Did the runner mid year at North Wang when the club was at its low and realistically he was struggling to win the players respect when he's a pretty ordinary player himself and uninspiring.

I did see on the Yack facebook page that Lee was promoting when pre season training is beginning, So the rumour of him leaving may be incorrect. still we'll have to wait until next season.

Tallangatta League news is fairly quiet. Anyone interested in taking a stab at the ladder as it stands right now?

Crap draw again by the tallangatta league as they will expect players to play interleague but still play 13 games straight in the lead up to finals. So a player could play 16 games straight + finals in some cases. If they had a bye 2-3 weeks out from finals that would change everything. Watch the league kick up a stink when no one wants to play.

There are only 2 ways to avoid this... One would have been to start the season a week earlier and clash with cricket grand finals. The end of the season is dictated by other leagues (Hume & O&M) Grand Finals so as none of them clash. The interleague bye date is set by external organisations and is locked in. The only other way to put a bye into the 2nd half of season was to play football on the easter weekend. All clubs were consulted at the league agm and the consesus was to play the way it is. Either way it's far from ideal, and at the end of the day whatever they decided to do people were going to whinge.
All clubs were consulted and all clubs agreed upon it, so it is what it is.

Mitta would be ok for points wouldn't they? Lots of locals or players who have played their for a long time.
