Ross gambled on one hell of a lot of improvement from Weller, Blakely etc when getting rid of de pig and Barlow. We all knew there would be no improvement from Suban or D Pearce. No one has shown any development this game.

It's because he can't handle pressure. He's far too nice of a guy (probably) and lacks the mongrel and arrogance you need as a full forward. When the team is down he'll never rise, and when there's an important kick needed... he won't kick it.
