Burners have picked up some good quality young blokes and numbers wise are looking the best for quite a while.
Bryce Scott has gone and I thought Col might have hu g the boots up!
Has had a pretty handy career!
Have Charlton got more leaving?
Donald will be up there, they've lost a few but I imagine these blokes coming out of Melb can play!

Your fellas travelling alright early on truck,Wingnut finding the sticks alright,is he heading overseas this year? If he plays all year Feeny and 100 goals not out of reach. How did the tigers look? Bulls 2 key recruits could be 2 of the better players to come into the league for a fair while.
No holidays planned yet but you never know with him!
The boys are tracking nicely.
Tigers looked good, the score board flattered us a bit. They play a tough brand of footy and like to get the ball moving quickly. Brasserie and Fitzgerald looked the goods.

Didn't get to the game but from all reports played a real good second half. A welcome return by Cam Perry after a couple of years O/S.
Was thinking the same thing! Pretty average coverage of the leagues they do cover anyway.

there's only a handful of reporters overall, just 3 to do every sport which is going around, and print media in regional areas has a very define time line
the three sports writers which are left have to lug cameras to sports fixtures and take a zillion shots as well as notebooks to eventually write a few paragraphs down
local papers in dire trouble especially now that Fairfax Media is considering a giant off-shore takeover offer for the Age, Syd. Morning Herald and Financial Review
the big takeover offer does NOT include regional dailies: benders, ball., w'bool and albury. just be grateful the addy is still here ... in print form
