Amazingly, Lockett only ever had more than 20 possessions on 8 occasions.....Gob-smacking stat that.

He really was just your traditional lead-up, mark & kick full forward....And nothing else.....He just happened to be an amazingly accurate kick also.

Lockett did indeed have 20+ disposals 'just' the 8 times, but he obviously made them count. He certainly got to the 5+ goal mark in all of those games, scoring 12-16-11-12-10-12-15-11!!
