Last upgrade this week, leaves me with 4 trades, really tossing up on this one, do I go option A or B

A) Greenwood -> Tom Mitchell, leaving 25.7k and Mountford as bench cover

B) Mountford -> Jelwood, leaving 53k and Greenwood as bench cover

Team is relatively set- have kept Witts, Nank and Newman. Happy to continue keeping Witts and Nank, but time to upgrade Newman.

What complicates it is Danger and Pendles.

Holding nank, got rid of Newman during byes as it was the only way I could get docherty, never had witts

Here's what I'm doing.
(Dahl covers danger if out)

Pendles was gonna be my m9 this week, so him out is ideal for me actually.

I'm gonna use him out to get bloddy dahlhouse off the field.

Pendle and Newman out
Pig Hibberd and JJK in.

Shizenhouse becomes m9

My second trade this week will prob be Mountford to one of them via Bolton, so I have some forward cover. Cost me last week with Yeo out.

My first trade was Sloane to Jelwood, because apparently Sloane hates me.

Cheers. So you think pendles needs to go but Danger can stay?

For now I've upgraded Newman to Hurley (already have Hibberd) which leaves me with trading Pendles for a $470k mid. Will take Sloane if he plays or Robbie Gray maybe if he doesn't.

Sounds like we have even more similar teams, also have Dahlhaus but unfortunately I'm needing him to play, if Danger doesn't get up I'm stuck with Myers / D lloyd / fisher- let's hope he can play!

I can straight swap Steele > Heeney.

Or should I do everything I can to get Adams into my team (including giving up on the JJ experiment)? With Pendles out and Adams bottomed out and being in 50% of teams it could be costly not having him on the run home.

Sadly I'm about 1k short of doing JJ > Adams straight up.

I can do
Fisher > Bayok
Schazberg > Adams

with 25k leftover. Which opens up FWD/MID DPP finally, gives me a good loop and pushes JJ to F7.

However I still need to upgrade Steele and Greenwood with only 4 trades left.

Has the Adams boat sailed?

Will trade Pendles and Sloane unless Sloane plays then Ill trade Newman instead.
If Danger misses too Ill play Greenwood in his place enabling SPParsons to be on the field up forward.
If Ryder also misses then Ill just post tittays and see you all in a week.

1. Parsons >> Wingard

So I can move Greenwood/Lynch to F7.


2. Scharenberg >>> Laird/Hurley

Can then move McGrath to M9 via Hibberd


I'm slightly leaning towards option 1, as I'm sick of Parsons s**t & I can then loophole Hugh & Lynch.


Thoughts or other ideas are welcome.

Pendles > Jelwood
Greenwood > Wingard
Can use Brown to loophole Wingard/Roughy for rest of the year
Will hold Spudcliff one more week as he is playing Carlton

Definitely B; I don't expect there will be any more than a handful of points between Jelwood and Titchell; if you have a M/F bench option up forward, it makes option B so much the stronger as Greenwood will be able to cover both lines.
