Any "arties" in here?

Nice slow motion on the water in the second one there! We have that as our last photography competition subject of the year, and finding the time to set up those images is going to be difficult. Either means some real late night shooting and as a female, that's not a safe option.
That was broad daylight, but under a significant canopy.

They are brilliant, oils?

I use canvas and house paint, very uncouth but bright and resilient. I mark the outline with porsca.
This is my stepdads boat off of the sandbar.

I use spray paint - not sure that's any less "uncouth"! Love this one!

I do the odd piece of charcoal drawing...usually after a loss, and after copious amounts of red wine. Did quite a bit during a self-imposed exile in the U.S. from 2008 - 2011. I've lost the touch now - I hope!

Been a while since I posted. Have been busy changing across to spray on canvas (rather than posterboard) after finding out the hard way that wet market days and poster board aren’t a good combination! Canvas is a different experience, but I’m actually loving the challenge. Here’s a few of my latest ones.
