Assuming Cuningham does sign a new contract and Rhys is kept for contractual reasons, that's still 8 named in the VFL side above to be cut from a squad of 46. Subtract Buckley, Armfield, Gibbs and Casboult - primary list pruned back to 33.

Kye De Classe finished in the top 10 of the VFL Development League Best and Fairest, despite missing the 7 games of the season playing in the VFL.

He held his own playing seniors in the pre-season intraclubs - worth a rookie spot?

Seems like, depending on his pre-season work, trades and our final cuts.

Not a KPD, but worth a look.
