Wasn't there, but apparently a cracking game at Zillmere.
Woodies lost 2 players before half time, but held on strong. Only for Zillmere to push late and kick the winner with less than a minute on the clock.

Oates 22 for Mayne. Had a good game along with 19 and 10 could have gone to any of them.

Would have cashed out once the margin started extending! Well done though Zillmere, top crew of blokes and well organized by the great man Longy!!
Have heard both Mayne and collingwood park have been promoted and ormeau are remaining in div 4. Aspley, Wilston Grange either entering or trying to enter a team. Will they be div 4 or 5? Aflq have said new sides will enter via div 5 but ignored their own rule and allowed Ormeau to enter a team which never won a game.. Sandgate to lose a heap of older players to retirement, zillmere looking for a new coach. If grange have a side will any of zillmere players go back to play Friday nights at grange? Should be an interesting off season..

Word is Ipswich Cats will either field an under 18's team and no QFA team, or have a really young QFA squad. I wonder what would happen if the former were true, because there are clearly some blokes who want to keep playing.
