Jeremy is a free agent next year. So if Jeremy does want to play with his brother It's best that Eagles make a trade now or he's gonna walk for nothing next year.

Would be restricted though. I doubt very much that we'd be offering something that would give them band 1 compo and even if we did, if they finished in the top 6, they might match anyway.

And even after retirement Carlton fans will be here telling us he's still got a good five years left in him.

One of them posted that we'd be getting 4 years of elite level football and then another 2 at a high level. The delusion amongst those muppets is incredible. Gibbs is going to be one of a very, very small number of players in modern footy to still be playing AFL quality football at 35 years old. As has been posted many times and ignored by the buy Gibbs at any price crew, Deledio had played the same number of games after the same amount of seasons since being drafted as Gibbs has at the end of this season. There is no certainty that Gibbs will continue to be as durable, especially given he's only had a couple of seasons with ramped up inside time. At his age, you factor in 2 years where he is now, 1 year at about 80% of that and then a year as a borderline best 22 player.

Doesn't give me confidence that he would step up in a big final for us.

Likely skewed somewhat by Carlton losing most of their finals

can't recall (or don't want to) the losing finals to be fair, but Gibbs was excellent when we came back and beat Richmond in 2013, and booted 3 goals (despite lower possies than usual) when we beat Essendon in EF a couple of years prior.

In 11 seasons Gibbs has played 21 or more games in 10 of them. He also stood up for us very well in finals. He will be a quality player for us for at least 4 more years.
Wait...You've played finals? ;)

More surprised they played finals 4 years out of 5, but it was 4 years ago

So he was good in a final four years ago, and also a couple of years before that

Not exactly sparking my enthusiasm here

They are ******. How many in the party? What should they even use to take it down??

Pretty much.

Five of them. Half elf [Swashbuckler Rogue 13/ Battlemaster fighter 5], Aasimar [Warlock 18], Elven [Moon Druid 16/ Paladin 2], Dwarven [Paladin 6/ Cleric 12] and a Human [Lore Bard 17]. They are well equipped with magic items (including a frgment of the Rod of Seven parts)

They are currently trying to locate and destroy the Dracoliches phylactery. From there they intend to assault him in his lair.

Once they complete that, they intend to approve of Gibbs trade to Adelaide, and we can all rest easy.

So averages 83 in finals not counting 2009 when he was still only 22, not bad at all.
What numbers did tex do??
