I got 130 on bos/Utah over 165.0 at 1.91 on Sportsbet was a clear mistake, will the payout?

When was that? Would of been a definite mistake, they probably meant to put in 195. You'll be lucky if they don't cancel it.

Around 8 am Boston and Utah went to 1.92 each and scores went to 165 for a couple of mins

Yeah it's happened before. Just a misclick by someone. They'll wait and if the score doesn't crack 165 they'll take your money but vise versa they cancel the bet.
