Pearce is a project in the true sense imo. Will need to develop his skills and put on weight to be considered. Daniel Bandy always cut it up in the 3 km time trial in preseason as well.

Suspect he might play as a swingman this year, maybe starting more CHF and swinging back when opposition talls are a problem.
