Fast Facts

• Dragons FFC's first place finish is the ninth consecutive season they've qualified for an SFA finals series, becoming the first club to achieve this feat.
• Season 25 is Gumbies FFC's worst on record in terms of its premiership points tally and games won. The club recorded its lowest amount of premiership points scored in a season and equal lowest amount of wins. The Gumbies also recorded their second lowest winning percentage in a season on record (25%) with Season 25 also being its equal lowest ladder finish (12th, wooden spoon).
• Goal accuracy and goal ratio percentage were down marginally this season by 0.41% and 2.67% respectively.
• Overall scoring across the league increased slightly, up by 1.33 points.
• Total scoring shots were also up slightly this season, rising by 0.45 shots per club per game.
• Dragons FFC's minor premiership is the club's third overall and first since Season 14.
• Baghdad Bombers and Mount Buller Demons both kicked the same amount of goals this season after the home and away rounds (233) while Coney Island Warriors and Fighting Furies also achieved the same feat, kicking 232 goals each.
• Fighting Furies and Gumbies FFC kicked the same amount of behinds after the home and away rounds (140).
• Gold City Royals and Gumbies FFC have now missed the finals on four occasions since the SFA expanded to 12 clubs in Season 18. They join Sin City Swamprats as the only clubs to have missed the finals four times in this period after the Swamprats became the first club to achieve the feat last season.
• Dragons FFC's winning tally of 12 games for the season is the club's equal most amount of wins in home and away season matches since Season 14 when they also won 12. Season 25 is also the Dragons' highest home and away fixture winning percentage on record (75%).
• Coney Island Warriors become only the third club to win four games in a season and not win the wooden spoon. They are the first club to achieve this feat since Season 19.

Did you know? Gumbies FFC officially have the worst SFA season on record, recording only eight premiership points for the season, beating the previous lowest of 12 which occurred on three previous occasions (Seasons 01, 05 and 13). The Gumbies' season also saw the third lowest winning percentage achieved by a club in a season (18.75%) and are now one of four clubs to have won just three games in a season, the first time this has happened since Season 13. The Gumbies also won the wooden spoon, their first spoon since Season 22 and their third spoon overall which sees them tied with the Furies in equal second place for most spoons in SFA history.
