It had been an interesting weekend at AFL house but one of the big guns of the competition was about to bow out - after throwing several people to the wolves so to speak, it ended up being the Alpha Wolf who copped it the hardest. Long story short, Michaels was having the worst day ever as his furies lost, his tigers lost and as Adelaide, he lost.

Meanwhile the vig Sydney struck the final wild down - the Blackmailer Hawthorn was dead.
