The last time I went on the main board I had to read Hawks homers saying Burgoyne was better than Wanganeen.

Now I've had to read that Burgoyne is better than Enright.

That thread is 10 times more bizarre than any of the threads calling Brown superior to Tredrea/Riewoldt/Pavlich but I reckon the it comes from the same "good bloke" place.

Even Cats fans are nodding in agreement. I feel like I'm being Punk'd. Enright has a full 5 more AA guernseys and 2 premiership B&Fs earned through Hall of Fame level halfback play.

Geelong fans voting with their feet and rejecting the idea that they should have to drive an hour to watch their team play their home game at the opposition home ground.

Geelong are lucky to be the only team in Victoria with a legit home ground but it is still bullshit that they get moved around. Maybe, maybe justifiable for a final (although the case against that was made last year) but for a home and away game? Ridiculous.

I remember there was a thread years ago where you were asked to name players who hadn't gone onto that next level. Named Shaun and got called for sour grapes - then after the three-peat it gets bumped.

I still think he's been a solid contributor in a great team - but only Port fans seem to remember the prolific, pack-busting, clearance magnet and goal-kicker he should have become but didn't have either the heart or physical condition to do so.

I remember two great Shaun Burgoyne performances. One against West Coast, the other against Collingwood. Too few and far between, and he should have won a brownlow such was his talent. Williams allowed him to coast, Shaun was more than happy to coast.
