Roo said Seedsman doesnt have a hammy, but it's in the same spot as the injury he struggled with last year.

Not good news if it is. Think they will maybe put him on ice unti after the bye also in order to nip this in the bud before it blows out again.

I don't give a crap what mysterious muscle we claim is injured. If it is hamstring, or adductor, or any other.
The issue is the number of soft tissue injuries.
Seedsman had hip surgery when he was much younger. Turns out it was discovered his hips are slightly out of alignment. The options were surgery again, or the strengthening program he went through last year. In an interview he mentioned this year was the first time for a long time he’d been able to string together multiple games essentially pain free.

The current injury may well be related to his historical problems?

Eddie seemed to Seed was a chance for this week in his interview today.

Players are briefed by the club what to and not to say in interviews.

But we’ll see what happens. It’s not like we haven’t played blokes with hamstring strains before...

Who would have thought this bloke would become one of our most important players.

We wouldn't have won on Sunday, in fact the first 5 goal would likely have happened still, but the linebreaking pace and long kicking could have mitigated some damage later on.

Hopefully he plays this week.

One of our most important players now. For me, Laird and Seed have been our best two this year - Doedee/Talia, not far behind.

Happy to see that negotiations are reportedly progressing well for Seedsman's next contract. He definitely makes a difference to our ball movement, with his ability to break the lines with his run, carry and big kick. That he can kick a goal from 60m out is a big plus too.
