Nothing without Mulder.Scully is a better player than Martin anyway
Is that why GWS pulled out only minutes after Dusty left? It's one thing to threaten to leave, touring an interstate club is something else entirely, you don't do that unless there's an issue, GWS were the ones who backed out, not Martin, but you believe what you want mate.
It was eery that day watching Melbourne supporters celebrate a loss like they won a premiership. They were literally cheering when Richmond goaled.
It would be amazing irony if it's Richmond vs Melbourne in a Grand Final 9 years later and Dusty is the reason Melbourne lose.
According to GWS, they pulled out because Dusty spent the whole time talking about how great he thought Richmond was, and they didn't want a guy who clearly didn't want to play for them.
Or Scully is the reason Melbourne win...It was eery that day watching Melbourne supporters celebrate a loss like they won a premiership. They were literally cheering when Richmond goaled.

Richmond fans don't need proof mate, they also tried to offload Dusty to the GC a few years back, it was the GC who pulled out, not Richmond (may have been GWS).
I heard they pulled out because he couldn't String two words together.According to GWS, they pulled out because Dusty spent the whole time talking about how great he thought Richmond was, and they didn't want a guy who clearly didn't want to play for them.
Facts have never been your strong point eh Frank.Richmond fans don't need proof mate, they also tried to offload Dusty to the GC a few years back, it was the GC who pulled out, not Richmond (may have been GWS).
Unprove me then.Facts have never been your strong point eh Frank.
For starters it was GWS not GCUnprove me then.
Really? We sorted that out 6 hours ago, is that all you got?For starters it was GWS not GC
I wasn't here 6 hours ago, and it was a major oversight on your behalf, a bit like the BS you and your soul mate goPies go on about with Pie historicl crowd numbersReally? We sorted that out 6 hours ago, is that all you got?
Relax man, i hope the Tigers win Friday night, us Pie fans are used to winning prelims.I wasn't here 6 hours ago, and it was a major oversight on your behalf, a bit like the BS you and your soul mate goPies go on about with Pie historicl crowd numbers
Remember Tiger fans, Frank loves you long time.
My Mrs is a Tigers fan, pretty passionate too, Richmond winning has its advantages so, i can't lose come Friday night, so EADHere I was thinking that, just like your team, you were impotent.
Please stop posting. You're a half decent troll but you've embarrassed yourself in this thread.I heard they pulled out because he couldn't String two words together.
Why would GWS pull out so early? Just makes no sense, they could've played the game to make Richmond pay full price, but they instead backout just after? Lol.
Believe what you like, Martin was on the market.
Lucky for you, because you'd be nowhere without him.
Dusty is that good, if you roll up Friday night without him Collingwood become flag favourites.
Not sure your link supports your case. Why would Jackson say, "We were ecstatic when we found out that Melbourne had committed to Tom Scully and Jack Trengove" if Richmond preferred one of them over Dustin Martin?that is unfathomable. Scully was touted as the consensus no.1 pick and the dominant player of his year. He had almost a Jaegar O'Maera level of hype.
Countless articles, and recruiters going on record to say he is the best player of the draft.

Richmond only ramped up their interest in Martin after they found out Melbourne committed to taking Scully and Trengrove at pick 1 and 2. This doesnt suggest Martin would be taken at pick 1 or 2.
