Our 3rd recruit from the VAFA, Lazzaro impressed with his high flying and great skills in an otherwise forgettable year from Fitzroy.

As I've said in a different thread, this guys is one of the best 23rd player's we've had for a while. Admittedly I was forgetting Nash Holmes as well but I reckon this guy could be one to watch for future drafts, maybe in 2 years time (so the 2020 draft).

Disappointing to not have played in a winning VAFA Premier C division premiership. On the flip side, he did his draft stocks no harm with some impressive VFL form the past two weeks. Definitely one to watch imho

Absolutely. Will be starting half back against Frankston round 1.

If I were this kid, I would be trying to obtain a transfer to another club as his preffered position at half back will be in short supply with so many of our AFL listed guys returning in the near future.

Honestly think he's best to stay in our system. I think he has the fitness to play on a wing, this is his chance to show that.

Average to poor second half of the year will probably see him go undrafted but hope he sticks with us next year and trains with our AFL group a bit so we can keep an eye on him for the MSD.
