Once came back in an online H2H game (this was like 3 or 4 years ago)


I was down 37-15 just before half time. The guy messages me and says "Just quit lol"


5 minutes to go, I'm up 60-43, I pick him off inside his own 30 yard line. I message him "just quit lol"

Not safe just trying to get the balance right with playcalling and generally getting used to playing online again. I'm not playing MUT this year so my only H2H games are in this franchise, and that lack of time investment has brought me back to the pack (think once LA gets going he'll be better than me this year and chewy is probably the one to beat).

It was a good game though.

Firstly, Knight missed wide open receivers for first downs and TDs all game, if you watch the full replay (not that i'd recommend that), it was ridiculous, like 10 yards off target. He's never been like that.

Secondly, the Bills got a few favorable things. 3rd and long, they threw the ball to my MLB who jumps up and bats it down 5 yards to a Bills receiver who gets the first down. A number of Josh Allen passes went straight to my DBs/LBs and they didn't even go for the INT or bat.

Stuff like that Safety above.

I was playing poorly, but there was still a number of things (especially early in the game) that just went their way, and I only compounded things by Knight's errant throws. He has never been that bad to use before in terms of QB accuracy.

A real game against BLA's Patriots awaits, so I'll look forward to that.
