If we get a rush of more people between now and the deadline for new leagues (which I assume is at the opening bounce tonight) then I can make another league. Just continue to post expressions of interest.

Yes chief, I think 18 team leagues can be made up to rnd 3 and 10 up to rnd 2. That's when they'd start.
