Do you reckon he could do a defensive role on the likes of Lobb/Campbell/Darcy when they go forward?

I can't recall him ever playing in defence, at least not in the seniors. Probably not in the VFL either, although I rarely caught any VFL action, but maybe one of our VFL watchers can confirm. I'd expect him to be play ruck mostly, maybe some time forward.

VERY pleasantly surprised by big Tom in our intraclub hitout today.

Goldstein didn't play, but he put on a very good display of sure marking skills and ball use.

Drilled a 40 metre cross field pass that didn't get more than 10 feet off the ground, that you would expect to see from someone like Steele Sidebottom..

He might not make it but he will always have this intra club performance
