Agree.
What is it that Clarko doesn't like because on form he should be in.
Is he not a two way runner?
Does he try to bite off more than he can chew with his long kicks and turn it over?
Is an interesting one for me, I think Clarko has asked him to improve a part of his game but I'm trying to figure out what it is?
He isn’t good enough defensively. Even Big Max calls him on it in the weekly summaries for box hill.

What poster?
Im probably on better terms with our Handbagger friends than most here and can tell you whether they are likely to stalk you in a park or if they are just high on meth.
Turns out they PM'd me thinking I was someone else.
Given the situation I think the meth option is much more likely.

If you’re ever going to play TOB it’s v GC in Tas. Not on the big stage. He’ll drown.
I liked what TOB did in the vfl gf last year, granted it's a much lower standard of football. The game completely flipped on its head when he was swung forward, the stats were relatively modest but he got to a tonne of aerial contests and I don't recall him losing any of them.
I wouldn't mind him playing a similar role on Monday. Compete in the air with Breust and Wingard buzzing around him and give McEvoy a chopout in the ruck. Cegs up forward isn't working

Did they say that after you told them you were male?

Hopefully Mitchy Lewis gets a run 🙏

I'm hoping Lewis comes in for Ceglar.
Unless the plan is for BigBoy to spend considerable time up forward ( which I don't think will be the case), we're better off getting a specialist forward who can relieve in the ruck and at least give us another avenue towards goal. Ceglar just isn't sticking enough marks at the moment.

TOB will take the occasional spectacular mark but looks more suited as a hard leading high-half forward.
Lewis strikes me as more a traditional key position forward who would start deeper and operate within the 50-metre arc with our smaller forwards in support.

We lost 2 important defenders to injury during the match last week and Mirra had some forgettable moments, but overall we still managed to restrict the Saints to 10 goals. Unless it was a wet day or we were playing on some bog harking back to Moorabin in the '80s I'd like to think any team Hawthorn sent out should be able to manufacture more goals than that.

Sorry to intrude and good luck for Monday, what are the chances of Cousins playing? Seeing him names in a few sides here which looks like a good sign.
Personally i think he’s in - but who am I to say.. We are very thin in the midfield. He came back on last week after doing an ankle.

I hope we scrap the two rucks thing, isn't working as Ceglar has offered nothing forward or around the ground. His hands have been horrible this year.

Agreed Cegs is damn useless around the ground and his 8-9 touches and zero contested marks doesn’t cut it.. bring Lewis in and play him deep, then give him 10-15% of game time relieving BB. Geelong is the perfect team to play him, their ruck stocks are poor.

I have a feeling we will stick with the dual rucks while our midfield group are in struggle street. They arent apt enough to shark opposition taps so we need to be on top in the ruck 100% of the time. Ceglar might not be taking contested marks but he has been a big part as to why our midfield are at least competitve.
