Wait! She actually put the step thing over the end of the bar?Was setting up for deadlifts - I don't lift much, and move through pretty quickly.
Someone brings a step over to do step ups/bulgarian whatevers, but puts the step over the end of the bar I'm about to lift.
Weirdest thing ever.
I look at her in the eye, and say "how do you see this playing out?"
She said "oh, is it in your way?"
I said "only if I intend on picking the bar up. If I'm just gonna roll it back and forwards 10cms I should be fine"
Then she said "oh okay - no probs" and proceeded to start her stepping exercise.
