Really like him, think he's an immediate improvement but the coaching team is the biggest need this off season.

I’ve got a good feeling about the coaching side of things. No disrespect intended towards our previous FM, my concern is that we may revert back to being the trade facilitators; more often than not absorbing rough end of trade deals just so as to facilitate them.

lf he wanted the job badly enough he would have went through the interview process.
